I created The "Essentials" session with you in mind—because no matter your budget, you deserve stunning, high-quality images that capture the essence of your brand. This session is the perfect opportunity to invest in your business without breaking the bank while experiencing a glimpse of the signature luxury that Creative Co. Studios is known for.
Whether you're a new business owner just starting out or simply in need of a quick refresh, The "Essentials" session was designed to meet you where you are. It’s also a great way to dip your toes into working together if you're curious about what a full branding experience could look like.
Think of this as your first step toward transforming your brand visuals—an approachable, wallet-friendly way to elevate your presence and leave a lasting impression. I created this guide to help you get the most out of our time together, so let's jump in.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
20 Minute time slot
Your session time is 20 minutes so it is of the utmost importance that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure that we stay on schedule. This 20 minute time slot includes selecting your images.
5 High Quality images
Your session price includes 5 high quality images. When you filled out your questionnaire you selected which images are of the most importance to you which will allow us to utilize our time together. I will also have a tripod set up for your phone to allow you to capture some b-roll content.
Real-time selection
After we are done shooting we will look over the images we captured and you will select your images before you leave. This allows us to deliver faster and keep the process streamlined.
Additional Image Selection
You will be surprised at how many shots we can capture in such a short amount of time. There is a high chance you will want more than the 5 images that are included in your session. During your proof selection you are able to add on the additional images you just can't live without for $25/image.
WHAT TO BRING
OUTFIT OPTIONS
We only have enough time for one outfit so I recommend having a base layer outfit and bringing an additional jacket or pair of shoes to capture variety in your images.
ACCESSORIES
Adding to your base outfit with additional accessories such as hats, jackets, jewelry, glasses, etc. helps to bring variety to the images we will create. Plus they are fun to play with.
PROPS
Props such as notebooks, laptop, cellphone, branded items are great for bringing your brand colors into your images. They also allow us to set the scene to be unique to you.
WHAT TO WEAR
Taking from the information above, choosing one outfit that represents your industry and makes you feel super confidence is extremely important. Your confidence in what you're wearing will show through the images. I always recommend starting with a base layer that you feel super comfortable in, whether that is your favorite pair of jeans, a killer jumpsuit, or a dress that makes your feel like the queen that you are. Then add on to them from there, if you base outfit is in your brand colors add a neutral jacket or top. Make sure to keep true to your brand colors while avoiding super busy patterns and logos.
Tips & Tricks
Suggestions for looking and feeling your best:
Make sure to get a good nights sleep and drink plenty of water to show up glowing to your session. Put everything together for your session the night before, on the way to your session grab your favorite drink and blast your favorite music to show up extra confident! I also recommend bringing a small touch-up kit with you in case you need to touch any thing up before we begin, especially if your session is later in the day.
Another way to look and feel your best is to add-on getting your hair and make-up done, I few of my personal recommendations is BA Make-up Company, they can come to you or if you need to get ready at the studio they can do that too! WHAT TO EXPECT
ARRIVAL:
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and make sure things stay on time for everyone.
SHOOTING:
A mix of posed and natural shots, based on the selections you made in your onboarding questionnaire.
IMAGE SELECTION:
Review and select your favorite images during your session time.
Cancelation or rescheduling
All payments are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If circumstances arise and you are not able to make it you may reschedule to the next month.
Late Policy
If you arrive later than your scheduled time you will forfeit your spot. This is in order to keep everyone at their scheduled time. You may reschedule to the following month.
Gallery Delivery
Final images from session will be delivered within 1 week from the session date. If you would like them earlier feel free to ask for a rushed delivery.
How many pictures will I receive?
The session includes 5 High quality images.
Additional Images
If during your proof review you wish to purchase more images from what we captured. You may do so at $25/image. Invoice is sent and due day of session.
