I created this guide not only for those who are booked but those who are still thinking about booking and up-leveling their Freedom Queen Live experience. This guide goes over who I am, what spots are available now that we have to reschedule everything, the different photo session vibes that are available, and some FAQs to hopefully help everything operate smoothly.
ABOUT ME
First things first I want to introduce myself: Hello! I’m Abie , founder of Creative Co. Studios, specializing in high-quality branding photography and videography for passionate women owned businesses. I was born and raised in the Boise, Idaho area and am currently based here but I love to travel, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and can definitely be considered a work-a-holic but its because I love what I do. I love working with empowered women and I’m thrilled to bring this luxury photoshoot experience to Freedom Queen Live, offering you the perfect setting to elevate your brand with iconic, empowering visuals.
Session Availability
Listed below is our 3 different vibes for content sessions I have linked mood boards to each image if you just click on them! Everyone who was already booked have first priority with booking their spots, majority of them stayed the same time and location but a few have been switched around based on needs. I am listing out the times and dates for the different session vibes then we will select your time during your booking to ensure you get the time that works best for you!! If you do have any questions about scheduling your are more than welcome to add them at the bottom of this page.
Luxury Hotel Vibes
Chic, stylish, and upscale, perfect for that elegant glamorous look. We have booked the King Suite at the Vinoy Hotel from Wednesday night the 20th at 4pm to 11am on Thursday the 21st. Imagine the Luxe, flashy, glamour look to your photos and videos, something that screams elegance.
Luxe Portrait Studio Vibes
Professional, high-energy studio shots to capture you in your element. I have reserved the beautiful Sunshine City Studios from noon to 4pm on Thursday the 22nd. The Studio is a quick 12 minute uber ride from the hotel! This is the perfect space to make it your own.
Florida Beachy Vibes
Embracing natural beauty with waves, sand, and sunset backdrops. The flexibility with this type of session is insane. There is a beautiful beach called Spa Beach just around the corner from the hotel. The scheduling for this type of session is pretty flexible, but the ideal time is sunrise or sunset!!

For my ladies who are already booked!!:
If you are wanting additional images and videos I am offering referral add-ons if you referral other FQL attendees for content sessions I will add-on 5 additional photos or videos to your package per person you refer!!
Outfits & Props:
I'm sure you already have some killer outfits picked out for the event so why not utilize them for your shoot? Of course this does depend on what kind of vibe you are going for but I am happy to help you plan out what to wear for your session. As for props I am bringing quite a few with me: Fake money, a Money gun, Champagne & glasses for the hotel, vogue magazines, etc. I can also get more upon request!!
When are payments due?

As there are no travel fees added to keep your costs down your whole session fee is due upon booking.
When will everything be delivered?

All content will be delivered the week following the FQL event.
What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel the most confident and portrays the vibe you are going for. I can always help you pick your outfits.
What props should I bring?

Bring whatever you feel helps portray the story you are wanting to tell, I will have a bunch of props there with me as well so you don't have to bring much!
